Valley Gilhuly - is from Port Lambton, Ontario and has been a professional musician for 22 years with expertise in vocals, guitar, and performance. He plays the role of Mick Jagger in the Rolling Stones Tribute Band. His dynamic range and stage presence make him perfect for the roll. He previously fronted and managed the highly successful “Down River Band”. They were an original music band with Valley serving as the principal songwriter and frontman. They released their first album in 2018 and placed 2nd in the Toronto Battle of the Bands contest. Driven to succeed, they put in 12 months of rehearsal and came back to win top honours in 2019. Valley thoroughly enjoys The Rolling Stones music and embodies the role of Mick Jagger. He recently commented, “It’s a true-grit rock and roll show, and I mean, who wouldn’t want to be Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones for a few hours every night?”
Roberto is a guitar player extraordinaire. He can play any style, any feel, and any emotion on his axe. Roberto delivers the Keith Richards character with extreme precision mimicking his look, movements, and gear. Roberto’s stage experience is very diverse having played blues, jazz, rock, and country in previous experiences.
John Gould is a young guitarist with an old soul. A graduate of London's Fanshawe Music Industry Arts program, John has opened for notable acts such as Rik Emmett, Honeymoon Suite, and Sass Jordan among others. Currently based in Toronto Ontario, John is a very versatile session and touring musician, recording and touring alongside a diverse catalogue of artists and groups, ranging from genres such as country, rock, pop and everything in between.
Andy Goddard - was born on the outskirts of London, England. He has an extensive history of live performance which began as a child singing in school, church, and community events. Andy received a keyboard as a gift at the age of 10 began formal training. He immediately began to explore the creative side of music through song writing. At the age of 15, he picked up guitar and began to record and perform with some seriousness. He would be the frontman and guitarist for the indie bands, “Paradoxic” and “The Rumour” in Wolverhamptom, UK. Later, Andy became a family entertainer and vocalist for a popular chain of seaside resorts around the UK and then later performed on a cruise ship show-team. In 2015, Andy switched “London’s” to be with his now-wife in Canada. In Canada, Andy has worked in radio and is now a licenced realtor in Ontario.
Daniel Corrigan (Bass) - resides in Montreal, Quebec and brings extensive experience on the bass guitar to the Rolling Stones Tribute Band. He assumes the role originally held by Bill Wyman. Daniel has a Bachelor of Music Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. His degree emphasis was musical composition and improvisation. He is an expert on the conventional bass guitar, double bass, and recording techniques. He has performed in many cover and tribute bands playing festivals, theatres, and corporate events. He has also worked a session bassist for many stars including Eroll Starr, Cecile Monique, Sierra Pilot, Vera Casa Opera and was a co-founder of indie group 12 Mile Island. We thought we would tap into his formal musical training on composition and ask him what made the Stones music so popular? Daniel provided, “What's amazing about the Stones is that even in songs with one or two chords, their playing is so infectious that it really keeps you on the edge of your seat. They have a unique way of making every note drip with soul and musicality."
Joshua has played hundreds of venues with many acts across Canada and the US. He plays keyboards, synth, organ, piano, guitar, and sings. Joshua has recently led a team of over 50 musicians and singers and has been the musical director of several groups. He calls Niagara home and loves to be with his family.
Chris is the brainchild behind The Rolling Stones Tribute Band. It was his vision that pulled the whole project together as he recruited the very best musicians and created The Tribute Specialists. This parent company runs numerous tribute bands all recreating their sources note for note with brilliant performances. Chris is not only a world-class drummer but he is also skilled in guitar, piano, vocals, sound engineering, video editing, web design, and graphic design. But it’s his eyes and ears for detail that sets him apart. Chris sets the standard for excellence in the band.
Liv has an extensive background in all types of stage productions from acting to musicals to rock bands. Her ability to sing lead and harmony are second to none. Her incredible range and varying textures make her a pleasure to hear. She brings passion and depth to every song in the Rolling Stones Tribute but it’s her lead work in Gimme Shelter where she really shines.
Emmett Glancie is a multi-instrumentalist with over 20 years of experience. He started playing the violin at 5 years old, and quickly found that the transferable skills allowed him to learn other instruments. Over the years he would pick up bass (electric and upright), guitar, mandolin, cello, piano, drums, and percussion before attending Wilfrid Laurier University where he received a Bachelor of Music specializing in Composition. Since graduating Emmett has been working as a producer, arranger, and session musician. Playing all of the above listed instruments on a variety of recordings, touring with other bands, and playing in pit-bands for musicals. Emmett is very excited to be working with The Rolling Stones Tribute as a percussionist.
Brian Risk (Keyboards) - Brian comes from the city of North Bay. He brings a wealth of industry experience to the Rolling Stones Tribute Band both on and off-stage. On stage, he is skilled on guitar, bass guitar, drums, vocals, harmonica, and keyboard. Off-stage he is an experienced professional stage manager, recording engineer, sound technician, festival organizer, guitar teacher, and event manager. He is formally trained in Pro Tools recording software and as a guitar teacher. He will fill the role of keyboardist based on Ian Stewart/Nicky Hopkins/Chuck Leavell. Brian has previous played in musical theatre bands, fronted many cover bands, and the Neil Young / CSNY tribute show called Heart of Gold. When asked about his attraction to the Stones project, he replied, “There is pure magic in this music. It just moves you, it inspires … it gives you life. You just can’t pass-up opportunities like this!”
Craig Robertson (Trumpet) - his professional career to date has spanned over 30 years and has included tours to most of the major centres in Canada, the United States and the UK. Craig has performed as principal trumpet with many symphony orchestras, has played in the 'pit' for 100s of Broadway musicals and plays with several Elvis, Rat Pack, and Motown tribute artists. Craig has had the privilege to play the U.S. and Canadian national anthems at NBA games in Portland and Denver. He can also be seen and heard on dozens of music videos, albums, and video game soundtracks. Among the many highlights working with local and international artists, Craig has opened for Alice Cooper playing with Canadian rock icons Helix and has accompanied Christopher Plummer in performances of Shakespeare. Other career highlights include performances at the Royal Albert Hall in London England, Massey Hall, and Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto. Craig has a Bachelors in Trumpet Performance from the University of Western Ontario. In a recent interview, Craig commented how a horn section fits into a show. “I know that when I listen to a band with a horn section there is an extra level of energy and I hope to be able to bring that same energy to this show.”
Tony De Luca (Tenor Sax) - hails from London and is a versatile woodwind doubler and keyboard player who works in all musical genres and styles. He holds both a Bachelor of Music Degree with Honours in Music Education and a Bachelor of Education Degree from the University of Western Ontario, with additional studies from Humber College. He has had the pleasure to work with artists such as Louise Pitre, Emm Gryner, Brendan Wall, Shad K, Ben Vereen, David Rogers, Mac Graham, and Stacey Kay. Recent engagements include The Grand Theatre, The Victoria Petrolia Playhouse, Drayton Entertainment, Theatre Woodstock, The Imperial Theatre, Season 10 of America's Got Talent, Musical Theatre Productions London as well as freelance, session, and private work in and around the London area.
